Services and Fees:

  • Initial Consultation Fee: $99

  • We will go over intake forms, paperwork, discuss current lifestyle habits, concerns or struggles you have, and discuss where to start your nutrition journey.

  • Follow-up Appointments: $45 each.

  • Gut Health and reverse protocol requires 6 months of working together.

  • Gut Health and cut phase protocol requires 5 months of working together.

  • These appointments will be vital to your success!

    • Subsequent appointments to track progress, address concerns, and further refine your individualized plan will be discussed at the last scheduled appointment.

At Full Life Nutrition Jessica specializes in helping to restore gut health while teaching you how to properly eat and fuel your body according to your individual needs. While also offering help and guidance in the following areas:
